RESTUARANT AND DINING:

Chapter Five Restaurant is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the reception. The restaurant, with both indoor and outdoor seating, serves the hotel's signature buffet and/or a-la-carte breakfast from 06:30 until 10:30 daily.

Buffet lunches and/or a-la-carte dishes are served from 12:30 until 15:00 Monday to Friday, catering for both conference delegates and walk-in guests.

Specialty buffet and/or a-la-carte dinners are offered on Friday and Saturday evenings from 18:30 until 22:30. 18-hour-a-day room service is available for guests staying in the hotel.

Situated on the 8th floor of the hotel is the Stratus Restaurant & Bar. Open for lunch and dinner daily, with specialty brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, the roof terrace provides a spectacular location in Umhlanga with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.

This pool-side restaurant is the ideal venue for cocktail parties, product launch events, or informal dinners. Here, the open kitchen provides a fantastic showcase of our chef’s skills complete with a pizza oven, and a variety of a-la-carte dishes. This pool bar serves a variety of cocktails and is the ideal venue where you can enjoy your favorite beverage al-fresco-style.

CONFERENCING AND MEETINGS:

The Hotel has a total of 5 state-of-the-art fully equipped executive meeting rooms, three on the ground floor and two on the 9th floor offering conference delegates and function attendees a variety of conference packages and banqueting options.
